MANSFIELD, OH | 2022 Chevrolet SuburbanAugust 19, 2026My Suburban broke down in KY and the closest dealership was Legacy. We had it towed there and it remained there for 5+ weeks. In the end, the car was repaired but the communication was poor while trying to get the warranty company to agree to repairs. No one from Legacy or the dealership where I bought my vehicle and warranty, advocated for me during this process. I had to push to get things done, I had to call/email/leave VMs to get responses, it was a painful experience from start to finish and when we drove it away, we went straight to a Lincoln dealership and traded it for a Navigator. I will not return to a Chevy product anytime soon. Service is not top of mind for Chevy or their dealerships.Response from Legacy Chevrolet
